    I placed an order to refill my 500 gallon tank on 12/2. The tank was at 20% full. I received a text saying they would be here between 12/3 and 12/14. I called their automated system and confirmed the delivery twice. Today is 12/14. My tank has dropped down to 5% so I need to be here when they fill. I called to find when they would be here.
